If you haven’t heard Simon Sinek’s TED talk entitled “How great leaders inspire action,”  you should. He mentions Martin Luther King Jr. and (not to diminish Dr. King’s accomplishments) suggests that his success and notoriety was due more to shared beliefs than to his gifts as an orator.  He triumphed as a leader because he inspired others and their beliefs were in alignment.  This is very encouraging because it enables his legacy to live on long after he is gone and instills hope that the service undertaken today continues after the day is done. MLK DayIn that vein and in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we would like to spotlight some of our non-profit partners and the invaluable work they do to improve lives in the Delaware Valley, day in and day out.  Kudos to you!
